What is this horrible sweaty smell

Moved into this house in may. Couldn't sleep upstairs due to breathing problem ip there. Took carpets up as previously tenant before had animals, so thought maybe had a reaction to hair etc in carpet. Bought ir purifier and sealed in between all floor boards, thought this had done it but when I put combi boiler heating on smell hits me as go out of lounge into hall way. It's getting worse with the heating. Please help
