elica extractor hob venting

We have an elica extractor hob. The ducting goes inside a low cupboard behind it and vented outside under the floor. The venting pressure of the fan has pushed off the ducting connection. This just seems to be connected with tons of tape. No male to female “click” connection points as mentioned for these hobs on Google. Any advice?

Use a jubilee clip that is the correct size of the ducting normally either 100mm or 125mm
