Prepping for tiling

I have a 1930s house with a suspended floor consisting of floorboards. What would be the best approach to prepare for tiling. I have considered cement backer boards held in place with tile adhesive and screws. The other option I have come up with is to berboard the floor with 9 or 12mm plywood and then use an uncoupling membrane over the top. The floorboards appear sound and there isn’t any significant deflection or bounce. Which in your opinions would be the best option?

Best will be 12mm comment boards and dotted matting on top
Make sure u use s1 mix with liquid to glue the dittra
If u do all this I’m sure it will stay there over 20 years
