Repair a damaged drain

Yes, it may still be possible to repair the damaged drain even if there is no existing manhole within your property boundary. I would recommend carrying out a CCTV drain investigation first to establish the exact location, depth and condition of the damaged section. I also have locating equipment which can be used with the CCTV camera to trace and mark the position of the underground drainage. Depending on what the investigation finds, it may be possible to excavate directly at the damaged section and carry out the repair from within your own property, without requiring access through the neighbouring manholes. If necessary, a new suitable access point/manhole could also be considered as part of the works.
