Is there a standard price per square metre to lay lino flooring?

It really depends on the area and type of vinyl.
For example for a standard sheet vinyl in a domestic house, you are looking between £8-£10 per M2.
Also for an average bathroom (4m2) will look at a minimum charge. You between (£65-£90)
Any prep work will be Extra and also rates change on area of the country
