Electrical safety Certificate

I had external power going to a wooden workshop, which has now been taken down, and a new breeze block building built. Do I need a electrical certificate for the new wiring down there.

Hello yes a electrical installation certificate is required for any new circuit and building control will need to be informed usually the electrician doing the work will inform building control.
