Head spa beds

Does anyone know anything about head spa beds, we have a waterfall halo feature attached to them and one of the halos is not working. We have added a new pump tried to clean the halo out but nothing seems to be working.

it sounds like it could be something on the circulation side rather than the halo or pump itself, potentially an airlock, restriction/blockage in the inlet or pipework, a priming issue, or an electrical/control issue if the pump isn’t running. (but you mentioned youve had this replaced) I haven’t worked specifically on head spa beds before, but the setup is within my area of expertise and I’d be confident fault-finding it properly and getting to the bottom of it.
