Am I allowed to put up a fence in my garden next to my neighbours whom is being awkward about the fence that apparently she owns. They would run along side each other Thank you

Yes you can put a fence in your own garden alongside the neighbouring fence, as long as its on your property your neighbour has no say in it's construction.
Good luck alex

Yes there is nothing stopping you from putting up a new fence on your side of the garden. The only big thing about it is you will be losing a tiny bit of your land

As long as it’s on your side of the garden I can’t see why you shouldn’t be allowed to put up a fence next to but on your side
