What angle would a waste pipe from a toilet have to be to run around 50ft from the end of the garden?

Hi
Ideally 1 in 80, so if your running it 50ft you ideally want a 19/20 cm drop over the full length of the run. You can go as low as 1 in 110 however which would be a 14cm drop over the full length.
