damp to upstairs bedroom walls (which are external walls) in between chimney breasts

Hi, Can you please help. I am have been having problems with mould damp in my wardrobes and to my clothes, from the internal (but external wall) in between the upstairs chimney breasts in both bedrooms. The worst seems to be the front. I have since had fitted wardrobes and it has come back. Don't know wwhat to do. Suggestions have been made to drill external air holes and I do have plenty of ventilation. But the front bedroom seems to be so cold. thanks

Put vents on panel, top of doors, anywhere to get ventilation in
