Full house renovation - how to split work/jobs

Hi all, I'm in the process of buying a 3 bed semi in Sheffield that needs extensive renovation. Essentially I think the electrics have been done in the last 10 years and are ok, but that's pretty much it. I am trying to figure out how to split the bids. It needs: New tiled roof and guttering New flat roof over bay window Exterior rendering replaced New boiler and radiators (boiler relocating) Significant double glazing, including front door and surrounding glass New kitchen New bathroom One stud wall moving Living room and dining room knocking through (almost certainly structural wall) Wall paper stripped and plaster skim in every room Some electrical changes, but not a rewire - likely a few sockets adding or moving and an electric car charger I don't need to live in it while the heavy lifting is done, my partner lives a few doors down the street. So I'm keen to get this done in the most efficact way I think the answer is to split the jobs/bids into: 1) Roof replacements 2) double glazing 3) Rendering 4) interior layout changes (rip out kitchen and bathroom, (re)move walls) 5) minor electrical changes (Inc kitchen/bathroom) 6) New heating 7) plastering 8) new bathroom 9) new kitchen 10) decorating I'm not sure if it's better for me to a) arrange large skips that can be used across jobs rather than have each job provide their own b) arrange scaffolding directly (with conversations) and reuse it across the roof, render and double glazing work. Does this seem sensible? Should I be combining any of the jobs into packages? (Eg kitchen and bathroom?) Would this be more attractive as a single parcel of work or does it get too big that way? Any advice would be gratefully recieved
