Could anyone recommend the best hot tap and filter system for kitchen tap water

Quooker is the gold standard mainly due to being truly 100°c and aerates the flow to help prevent scalding if you accidently run your hand under it.
Most brands store the water at 98° which is absolutely fine for it's intended use, but tend to deliver a constant flow which you can instantly scald yourself with - and I have.
