I was just wondering what category I'd need to go onto ?

Because my builder doesn’t have a specific category for air con, I would probably say gas works or plumbing are your best option.
You will just need to make sure the installer is F gas accredited. So maybe write in job description to only accept the job if they are F gas approved.
