Hot water tank making room too warm

We have a big hot tank in a cupboard in an upstairs bedroom. It’s is bulky and makes the whole upper floor very warm. What are the options to remove it, replace it or make it more manageable?

Hi I would wrap/cover the hot water tank in insolation to prevent it from heating the whole up upper floor, this prevent it loosing its heat.
