Hi. The gas cooker will be disconnected but. I have an electric cooker to be connected on this Monday. Can the same person who disconnects the gas cooker connect the Electric cooker.

If they are competent to do both then yes. Needs to be a gas Engineer for the gas since even if it is a bayonet connection it will need to be capped off and tested because you are removing the appliance and not replacing it with a gas one. You don't state if the new electric cooker needs a dedicated supply or just a socket. A dedicated supply that is existing (not used for years) will need to be tested before use.
