Painting/decorating outside Front .

Anonymous user 03/07/2026 - 3.48 PM

I’m looking for the most cost-effective way to paint the front of my house . What would be the cheapest option? Full scaffolding is very expensive, and I’d rather avoid drilling into the brickwork to install any fixings. Thank you!

The most cost-effective option depends on the height and condition of the property. For many two-storey houses, a properly erected tower scaffold is often sufficient and much cheaper than full scaffolding. In some cases, access platforms can also be used. I wouldn't recommend cutting corners with access equipment or fixing ladders to the brickwork, as safety should always come first. A site visit will allow a decorator to recommend the safest and most economical access method for your property while keeping costs as low as possible.
