Faulty dishwasher (Nordmende)

Henry 01/07/2026 - 7.51 AM

I have a water inlet system failure fault with my nordmende dishwasher and need to see if someone from this app could help fix it? Just not sure which trade would be best to help fix a specific problem with this type of dishwasher?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Most likely issues are your float switch or clogged inlet valve. If the dishwasher already has water in then it will be a drainage issue not allowing more water in as the float is saying full. To test the inlet valve turn off water supply and unscrew from the back of unit. Remove the metal gauze/mesh and rinse it under warm water if it looks clogged. If the dishwasher has no water sat in the base and the inlet supply seems fine, I would direct it toward a faulty float switch
