What is the best tradesman to advertise for when looking to Supply/Replace a ceiling fan in a conservatory?

A qualified electrician would be your best choice.
Replacing a ceiling fan is generally a straightforward electrical job, but it's worth checking that the existing mounting is suitable for the weight and movement of the new fan, particularly in a conservatory where the ceiling may be uPVC or lightweight construction rather than a traditional plasterboard ceiling.
If you're buying a new fan, it's also worth choosing one with a summer/winter (reverse) function. In the summer it helps keep the room cool, and in the winter it gently pushes the warm air that collects at ceiling level back down into the room, making the conservatory more comfortable and potentially reducing heating costs.
