Which gripper rods for Plush Walk 12mm & Westex Elysian Velvet Divine

Hi all, I'm gathering materials for my carpet install. I think I'm going for: Westext Elysian Velvet Divine (total thickness 14mm) Plushwalk 12mm underlay Could you recommend a gripper for this, please? Or at least a height for my chosen products. I'm lost with which base height / pin height / overall height to choose. Any advice would be great, thanks!

For a 14mm carpet with 12mm Plushwalk underlay, I'd normally use a heavy-duty gripper with a pin height around 8-10mm. The exact brand isn't too critical, but the gripper should be suitable for thick carpets and high-density underlays. In most cases, standard domestic gripper rods work fine with this combination. The carpet fitter can also adjust the gripper-to-skirting gap on installation to suit the carpet thickness.
