Hi My air conditioner is working when I put it on, but doesn't cool cold air out and the unit outside doesn't turn, what can be the cause? If someone can advise I will really appreciate 🙂 🙏

There will likely be a supply to the indoor unit and also a supply to the outdoor fan unit it sounds like possibly an issue with the supply to the outdoor fan unit.
