What are the main causes for a low water pressure. Are there ways to improve water pressure in the house?

Ok this depends on your system if you have combi system and you have low pressure at kitchen issues are following: According to regulations domestic properties should get 12/min that req now I think 9/min call that’s water request water Metter to be fitted.
If you have sealed/open vent system etc and your kitchen tap runs decent means gravity issues,
P. S any old non functional stopcock might be the issues as well (blockage)
