Karndean alternative, companies & fitters please!

Anonymous user 13/03/2024 - 2.32 PM

I am looking for an alternative to Karndean for my hall, cloakroom, bathroom and possibly kitchen. We want a wood effect, something that is warm underfoot, and has a beveled edge. We have had a couple of quotes for Karndean, but it was coming out over £2000, which we just can't afford. We have laminate at the moment in the hall and I hate it, it hasn't worn well at all. If anyone could recommend a product, supplier and fitter I would be very grateful. Thanks in advance Emily Thank you for your advice. I ordered some polyflor samples from the beveline range which have arrived today. They don't have a great range of colours but we are goin to view some larger samples at a suppliers tomorrow. Does anyone have any opinions on wear, cleaning, up-keep etc on the karndean vs polyflor? Thank you again Ok, we will more than likely be opting for the polyflor but am struggling now to find somewhere that stocks it and has sample boards for us to view! We simply cannot make a decision from the tile size samples polyflor have sent us. We also don't wont to order it online, just incase there is a problem. Does anyone stock/supply this? Or can recommend someone who does? Ashford Kent area please! Many thanks again

Hi Emily As above I recommend poly flor . If you want bevel edge the range is bevel line and can be found at http://www.polyflor.com/JH/products.nsf/products!open&family=lux&prodcode=bv2. I sell this and at the moment it's priced at £19.99 per m2 . Fitting starts from £10 per m2 depending on area and design chosen. If you require any more information or have any questions please feel free to ask. Hope that helps Regards Jason @ jrfloors of waltham cross
