Creaking floorboards under laminate flooring.

Is there anyway to fix this without pulling up floor?

If you can get access to the underside of the floor boards, i.e. if it's on the ground floor you could access it from the solumn, if you can then purchase some polyurethane glue and put plenty on the joints of where the creaking boards meet, this will prevent any movement in the timbers.
