Hi,
Three 90° bends in a 2.7 m run is quite restrictive and could certainly contribute to blockages, especially with a low-level toilet where flush velocity may be lower than modern systems. If the installation allows, replacing some of the 90° bends with swept bends or two 45° bends can significantly improve flow.

The problem is obvious, which is why you have mentioned all the distance and bends - it can't travel that far, at that angle, with that many bends.
Solution: A MACERATOR - end of story.
