Nest thermostat

I have a nest thermostat linked to an immersion tank heating system. Yesterday, my water tank stopped heating up. I've tried manual boosts but still no joy. I've also tried turning up the thermostat and the radiators aren't heating. The boiler has a blue pilot light.
