Flat roof with Lantern in the middle

What would be the best solution for my flat roof - EPDM or 3 layer felt ? The roof has a large 3 x 1.5 m lantern in the middle of a 32sqm roof.

I would always advise on a 3 layer felt system especially if you have a lantern on the roof
