Are there contractors who deal with all the works needed? I have to do remedial works due to a water leak above. Dry apartment throughout, mould prevention, replace carpets, replace laminate flooring, replace kitchen units, replace light fixtures, mould treatment, replace or repair ceiling and wall plasterboard, clean throughout and other work to bring the property to the previous state. Are there contractors who deal with all the works needed?
