Wall taken over by Black mould

My 1930s semi has a kitchen extension added onto the back built in the 1970s. I saw black mould on the wall, I started chipping away and the plaster board is also black which google is suggesting is extension structural rot/mould. I can visually see the mortar on the external wall is damaged. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Wanted to get building works/further extension in the future but not right now so am open to suggestions on how to fix this problem (I have photos on request)
