Hello, most handymen with basic plumbing skills could undertake this repair as most mixer taps use flexi pipes , the sealant is a simple job and if worried about the finish just mask off the area and apply silicone then spray water before smoothing

I would personally go for a plumber such as myself, as we are more experienced in this sector there we have everything with us just incase anything was to ever go wrong

Hi, Definitely a job for a handyman, Ask that they replace the isolation valves as this can start to weep if they haven't been used in a while but again nothing that should be to difficult for a competent handyman. Hope this helps.

Hi there, as a Handyman this is some thing I could provide, as it requires nachos plumbing as well and knowing how to seal appliances in. A plumber should only only really be needed if there’s problems with pipes leading to the sink.
