Hello, would a Marley Modern tile used in a modern Wilcon development in 1999 contain Abspestos?

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

The Marley Modern roof tile is a concrete interlocking roof tile, not a vinyl or bitumen-based product. * Concrete roof tiles like these are made from cement, sand, and pigments—not the same category as older asbestos-containing materials.
