Leak on the outside of chimney lining

Any body got a answer to my problem,I have water leaking down the outside of my chimney liner,the inside is dry,roof checked all good,liner checked all good only just started in the last 3 months since I got a new boiler fire in,was fine with the old boiler fire.🤷♀️🤷♀️
