Leak coming down my window from top - is it my window or roof or fascia

I have a leak coming down my window from the top of the window frame in the middle - I have a fairly new rubber seamless flat roof. I have contacted a window specialist seems to think it's my roof and not anything else any advice please?

I would first check the seal above the window frame, not the glass and if all that is sealed incorrectly I would then contact the Roofer to give it the once over

Check the flashing is sound and if so then high chance your cavity tray has failed. Get a general builder round to see what else it could be but bad news it means removing the brickwork and installing a new dpc cavity tray.
