Entrance from garage to Backyard

My house is new built and it is 3 bed detached house with independent garage (adjacent to backyard). So I would to put another entrance (with door) from garage to backyard. So could you suggest, whom to contact or in which category I need to post this work.

General builder as a lintel will need installing as well as a new upvc door
