If you have no hot water or heating it is likely that the boiler isn't firing up.

Start by adding water to the system.

Since you have a Worcester combi boiler and no hot water or heating anywhere, the issue is almost certainly with the boiler itself rather than just your new bathroom plumbing. Common causes:
Low water pressure – check the boiler gauge; it should be around 1–1.5 bar cold. Too low and the boiler won’t fire.
Isolation valves – make sure all valves to the boiler and new bathroom are fully open.
Fault codes – check the display for any error codes (e.g., E01, E02).
Diverter valve or internal fault – if the diverter valve is stuck, the boiler may not supply hot water or heating.
Recent work issues – air in the system, debris, or blocked condensate pipe can stop the boiler.
