Parawood flooring

Tibor Orosz 05/03/2026 - 10.51 AM

Hi ,I'd like to ask, if you can advise where I could buy 3-4 packs of 15mm x 160mm x 1250mm parawood solid wood floors, honey coloured, oiled? I've been looking online for 3 days, but I couldn't find it anywhere. Or ,what would be the closest match for parawood with the same dimensions? Thank you very much with kind regards

Parawood (also known as Rubberwood) is less common in the UK market for solid flooring, which is why you're struggling. At those specific dimensions (15x160mm), your best bet is to look for Solid Hevea—it is the same species. If you cannot find an exact match, a solid Oak with a 'Honey' or 'Natural' oiled finish is the closest physical alternative in terms of grain and density. I recommend taking a sample board to a local independent flooring specialist rather than big-box retailers."
