Hi.
Your conservatory can be taken down by most anyone assuming they have basic public liability. Make sure you don't affect any neighbours structure or access.
Wall removal.
If you are asking this question then I would recommend that you instruct a general builder. Or a "structural alteration" specialist.
You will require a building notice regardles for this work.
Assuming it's a load bearing wall you or your chosen builder must do 5 things.
- employ a builder.
- acquire building notice or planning permission.
- consult a structural engineer.
- instruct a steel fabricator(if steel is specified)
- acquire building inspector sign off.

In short – the smartest route to deal with this situation is to contact: 1] A Structural Engineer. 2] Building Control. 3] Then a Builder [and make sure you get a full itemised quote which details their scope of works and don’t give anymore than 30% deposit to start the works.]
(+ you may also need a Party Wall Surveyor if needed)
