Rain hitting window sill still - even after guttering being cleaned last week.
Angie Neofitou 28/01/2026 - 8.02 AM
Guttering is only a few years old and was cleaned last week as I assumed it must’ve been dirty because there is a constant drip and loud rain hitting the window sill still at a certain point. Only in one place. Do I need a repair? It’s literally at one point but the noise drives me crazy.

More than likely the drip is from a joint and not a hole in the gutter.
Should be an easy fix, check the rubber is correctly in, if it’s worn or not there renew the joint. Typical charge £80 for a standard house.

It sounds like a union bracket if the drip is on the straight or a 90* bend if on the corner
