Concrete canopy

I’ve no idea who I need but I have a concrete canopy above my front door. It’s leaking and probably need replacing. The problem is, it’s shared with my neighbour, who may or may not share costs. Can I replace my half, and what sort of tradesman do I need. I’m looking to do job asap. Thanks

I would advise a good water tight cement repair then some fiber sheeting and use of acropol or any water tight roof based past or expensive route and that lead work
