Water at head of window

Ash 23/01/2026 - 9.12 AM

Hi I have water coming in during heavy rain on the underside of window and bi fold door. (So not near the doorframe It’s like 5p size and it’s like it’s tracking along and then onto plasterboard. Is this due to improper fitting ?The doors and window are only a couple years old. A cavity try has been fitted too . Sealant seems ok outside at the head of the frame too.

Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

it could be the frame fixings through the bottom track, this creates a hole in the drainage path and can cause water ingress, is the water\damp only on the bottom corners?
