Hi Chris, Its difficult to say without pictures, but if it's a fitted fridge. The cabinet door is usually attached by special brackets that attach to the actual fridge door, not the carcass. These brackets come with the fridge and are different depending on appliance brand. If this is not your set up, then you possibly have kitchen cabinet hinges that are not set up properly. The handyman has put in bigger screws you say, this may be because the euro screws have been over used and broken away from the cabinet. Euro screws are a dowel type of screw that have point end and are set in a 6mm hole, often used in kitchens, If it is the cabinet that has broken away, setting the hinges in a different location may over come the problem, but this will require drilling new holes for the hinges and then re-aligning the door. A decent carpenter or kitchen fitter, should be able to resolve this, but you may struggle as it is a very small job that they won't always have time for. As far as the architrave, Has it been damaged? If it hasn't, then additional adhesive in the gap to the lining and additional fixings should resolve this. If it has been damaged, then you may need to remove the piece, fix the underlying problem and then reattached. Hope that helps.
