New Rubber Roof Leaking or Condensation

I had a new flat dormer loft conversion done recently, it has a rubber roof, in the last week I can see water marks showing in 2 different areas. Could it be a leak or condensation?
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

All depends on were abouts the water marks are showing up I mean condensation would lead to more faint marks were leaks would be more darker and lead to bubbles in the roof.

Keep an eye on the marks if they get bigger in the colder days with no rain then yes condensation. If they get bigger when it’s pouring down then leaking roof.
