should I be worried about this hole in my outer wall loft breeze block. Adjoining this is house brick. House was built in UK 1989. Thanks

You say its a hole ,so i would not be too concerned just fill w8th 6 sand 1 cement mix. If its a large open crack through block and joints i would get this investigated.

No worries atall, if possible just fill the hole with 4:1 mix and if big enough use an off cut of brick/block
