sealing soil pipe that runs through soffit and pitched roof

I have a soil pipe that if fitted through soffit and through pitched tiled roof. It seems it was originally sealed with concrete which a couple of bits have fallen off along with a tile. I noticed two soil pipe clips have broken. Is there a special fitting that goes around soil pipe on roof line. How much would a job like this cost? Thank you

Yes you can get a lead boot to seal the pipe at roof level, it's not a hard or long job probably looking at about £200=£300 depending on how easy it is to access.
