What is causing the banging noise in loft and boiler?

when my boiler is not switched on, i am hearing loud banging and glug sounds it so loud i am not sure what i am ment to do. mean the boiler is less than a year old and so is the gas.
Are you a tradesperson and able to answer this question?

Could be low pressure in central heating system, refer to you user instructions on how to top system up. Also if boiler is only a year old you should be able to get the company that installed back out to check
