Plumbing for a sink and a washing machine from kitchen to the front porch.

I am having a front porch built which is underway, to house a sink and a washing machine. I have been told that it is necessary to run hot and cold water pipes from the kitchen to the front porch, and the pipes in the front porch need to be higher than those in the kitchen. Also, a soil pipe will be installed to collect soiled water from the sink and washing machine back and join the soil pipe in the kitchen. So I need a plumber who has experience in this aspect, and my question is : What credentials or qualitfications should I look for when I hire a plumber. Thank you

Even the best plumbers may have no qualifications. On My Builder, You have to pass a plumbing skills test to apply for plumbing work. I guess that paired with some good reviews.
