Moving a cilling light in the bedroom

Moving a cilling light from left side of a room to the middle with access to the attic will there be damage to the bedroom/office cilling also how much should it cost

If good acces in the attick then there would be a small hole where light used to be and you wouldn’t see any damage where new light was put as the wiring part coukd be done in the attick and dropped down to new point

Easy enough to move the light from attic. Would be able to fill the hole where the light previously was Shouldn't be a long job but cost will depend on material and also should be certificated
