If the existing tiles are removed cleanly and the substrate is in good condition—requiring no repairs, latexing, or self-levelling—the removal of the old tiles and installation of the new tiles would usually be completed in one full day. Grouting would then be carried out the following day and would generally take around two hours. This estimate assumes normal working conditions and does not account for delays caused by substrate defects, adhesive curing requirements, or additional preparation work.

2 days including grout if the subfloor is ready to go. If taking up existing floor it all depends what is underneath.

I can finish it in 1 day including grouting and Silicone. 2 days is ideal, however 2 person should finish in a day.

Personally, I would do it in one day, including grouting, and the next day I would just apply the sealant [silicone]

Its not a job for 2 people. First day take up tiles, maybe have to install cement boards if on wood, If the toilet and sink also need removal and refitting, i would tile enough on the first day to leave just a few tiles that where awkward to get to on the second day and finish everything on 2nd day. If no toilet or sink I would finish all tiling on first day and just grout and silicone secone day, also fit new threshold bar if required. either way, up to 2 days for 1 man
