How to tell where the radiator is leaking from?

The radiator is leaking near the thread/valve but both are dry and it seems there is a while circle around the threading (where the valve is connected to the radiator) which I can see the water is dripping from. What can be done about this?

Drain system down, undo nut, re-thread/paste, tighten back up, inhibitor added and re fill system.

You can try to do tight more if it possible but make sure don’t over tighten
