Advice for roof repair conflicting quotes

Had the roof repaired then advised by the inspector that works was not satisfactory and needed additional works. One quote advised the following New dry ridge system to replace shed felt ridge New auto lead flashing to both chimney stacks New slates to replace broken and Missing slate Cement Point chimney at back of the property Repair leaking gutters Repair flat roof issues The other quote has advised no dry ridge due to peak of mini flat roof. I would rather avoid having to get the works done a fourth time any advice be gratefully received

Seem to me that your getting messed about . You need a proper roof survey as seems like no one is being clear enough with you on what the actual problem is and how to fix it

This doesn’t make sense at all and all I can advise is to get a genuine quote and by a tradesman who won’t baffle u with words that to me don’t make sense my advice if i was going to look at it is be honest with the client and how to solve it once and for all

I agree with a&s roofing its hard to say as you haven't said what extra work the inspector has asked and what work has been done ect
