No you can’t plaster needs to go off completely first and be dry.

It’s not recommended to put coving up the same day you plaster. Fresh plaster needs time to firm up and start drying — ideally wait at least 24–48 hours, depending on the room’s temperature and humidity. If you try to fix coving to wet plaster, the adhesive won’t bond properly, and the coving could slip or crack later.

Hello unfortunately not you must wait for the plaster to dry and use pva glue around the edges where your sticking the coving up i hope this helps if you need any more advice feel free to contact me
